After booking, you’ll receive a short questionnaire. This helps me understand your goals and tailor the session to you.
Your session
We begin with a brief check-in, then move into guided inner work. Depending on what’s most supportive, sessions may include somatic awareness, gentle relaxation, EFT-informed tapping, guided trance-style relaxation, timeline-based pattern work, and energy alignment practices.
The emphasis is on less story, more settling and shifting - supporting meaningful internal change.
Sessions are gentle, attuned, and paced to support grounded, sustainable shifts.
